If you have a Commercial Drivers License, and if you are convicted of a DUI / DAI in Pennsylvania, you will lose your CDL for one year on a first offense.

If you are admitted into the ARD or Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program, you will still lose your CDL on a first offense for one year, even if the offense was not allegedly committed in a commercial vehicle.
